Paintless Dent Repair (Available in Gold and Platinum Plus) Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a process developed by automobile manufacturing production teams, that uses specialized hand tools to gently push the dented metal back into its original form. This permanently removes door dings and minor dents without harming the vehicle's factory finish. Authorization must be obtained by calling 204 661-8999. Maximum dent/ding size is 10 cm in diameter. If no provider is available, an authorization number will be issued for up to $100 reimbursement per incident. Coverage is limited to 3 claims per covered year with an aggregate benefit limit of $1,000 throughout the term of the contract.

Exclusions: Large or deep dents; inaccessible dents due to aftermarket equipment; repairs where bracing or paint damage prevents PDR; creases; weather-related damage; manufacturer-covered warranty or recalls.

Windshield Repair (Available in Gold and Platinum Plus Plans) Covers the cost of minor chip and crack repairs (under 6 inches) to the front windshield caused by road debris. Authorization required within 15 days of loss. If no provider is available, authorization for reimbursement up to $100 will be issued. Limited to 3 claims per year with an aggregate limit of $1,000 per contract. Excludes stress cracks, warranty repairs, and weather-related damage.

Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection (Available in Gold, Platinum Plus, and Tire & Wheel Protection alone) Covers repairs or replacements for tires and wheels that become unserviceable due to road hazards. Cosmetic-only damage is excluded unless it affects safe operation. Term begins 30 days after signing. Coverage includes up to 4 tire replacements and 4 wheel repairs.

Flat Tires: Up to $40 reimbursement per incident for flat tire repair (no pre-authorization needed). Tire Replacement: Replacement with a similar tire if rendered unserviceable. Wheel Replacement/Repair: Repaired or replaced at Gauthier Chrysler’s discretion. Cosmetic Wheel Repair: Covers cosmetic repair of alloy wheels but does not guarantee color/texture match. Mounting, balancing, valve stems, tire disposal, and applicable taxes are reimbursable.

Car Rental Expense (Available with Gold or Platinum Plus Plans) Up to $70 per claim for rental reimbursement if the vehicle is unavailable due to covered wheel repairs.

Member Responsibility Maintain tire air pressure monthly; monitor for signs of rot, improper wear, and low tread depth (below 3/32"). Gauthier Chrysler reserves the right to request evidence or return of parts.

Emergency Roadside Assistance (Available in All Plans) Available 24/7 by calling 1-866-352-2230. Covers up to $100 per incident (3 incidents per year) for towing, battery boost, lockout service, flat tire change, fuel delivery (fuel cost extra), and custom trip routing assistance.

Upholstery Rip/Tear/Burn/Puncture (Available in Platinum Plus) Covers repairs to upholstered seats up to 7 cm damage. Max $200 per claim, 5 claims total. Prior authorization required.

Key Replacement ($400 or $800 Coverage Available) Replacement of lost, stolen, or destroyed key/remotes up to $800/year (Highline) or $400/year (Standard). Prior authorization required. Original damaged key/remote must be provided if available.

Claims Procedure

1. Notify Gauthier Chrysler promptly
2. Submit required documentation (proof of loss, photos, estimates, invoices)
3. Follow dealer instructions for authorization and service

General Conditions Coverage begins 30 days after the agreement is signed for used vehicles. Excludes commercial vehicles. All prices are in Canadian funds. Manual alterations void coverage.

Cancellation & Transfer

• Cancel anytime for a prorated refund (less claims paid)

• Full refund if canceled within 30 days

• Agreement transferable once to a new owner (within 30 days, $50 transfer fee)
