Refund & Returns Policy for Bikes:

Gauthier Chrysler will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Items that are purchased and canceled before shipping are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee at Gauthier Chrysler's discretion.

Returns are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow Gauthier Chrysler 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the item(s) to process the return and issue a refund to the original method of payment. 

To qualify, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and included items free of damage.

Gauthier Chrysler will not accept the returns of products after 30 days.

In the event of a product return, Gauthier Chrysler will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.

Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return and a Return Authorization Number from Gauthier Chrysler, Inc. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by Gauthier Chrysler, Inc., you may receive an exchange, company credit, or a refund. Please address your return to:

Customer responsibility for shipping returned items unless damaged upon receipt:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the cost of insuring the return shipment. If the customer does not pay for insurance, Gauthier Chrysler is not responsible for lost items. Additionally, Gauthier Chrysler is not responsible for any damage to items incurred during the return shipment.

All purchases made through authorized Gauthier Chrysler retailers are subject to the dealer’s return and refund policies. Gauthier Chrysler does not accept direct returns of products sold through authorized retailers. All products sold through dealers must be returned to the original seller.

Gauthier Chrysler will honor price changes or promotional offerings at Gauthier Chrysler.com for 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a price guarantee, the customer must contact our team within the allotted timeframe.
